Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

This notice is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") by Çağlayan Plastik Boru İnşaat Nakliyat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("MiniSera") as data controller. Address: İnönü Cad. No:173, Karayolları Altı, Çorum, Türkiye. E-mail: corumcaglayanplastik@gmail.com.

2. Data we process and why

• Quote and contact form: name, phone, city and your message. Form content is not stored on our servers; when you choose "Send via WhatsApp" or "send by e-mail" it is sent to us through your own app. Purpose: answering your quote or information request.
• AI assistant: messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic PBC, USA) to generate replies and are not stored permanently on our site. Chat history is kept only in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab. Please do not share ID numbers, health data or other sensitive information with the assistant.
• Server and security logs: IP address, browser details and request time are processed for a limited period on our hosting provider's (Railway Corp., USA) infrastructure for security, abuse prevention and service continuity.
• Direct contact: information you share by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail is processed to answer your request and handle the sales process.

3. Legal grounds

We process personal data on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

4. Transfers

Personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our AI, hosting and communication service providers and with authorised public bodies. Transfers to providers abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

5. Cookies and third-party services

Our site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts (Google Fonts) and the map on the contact page (Google Maps) are loaded from third parties, which may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is shared with, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to outcomes of automated analysis that affect you, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
